Position Description:
As a Circulo Homes Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver you’ll support individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities as they pursue independence. If you care about people and enjoy serving others, this is an ideal role for you! Whether you are an experienced Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver or new to the field, APPLY TODAY!
Duties:
What you'll do:
- Provide services as defined in the individual's ISP (Individualized Service Plan).
- Assist with in-home and personal care.
- Provide transportation
- Support individuals as they develop independence.
Requirements:
What we need from you:
- Attend required paid training prior to starting.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Consent to a background check.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
Previous Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver experience preferred but NOT required.
Compensation:
Circulo Homes Benefits & Perks:
- Competitive Pay ($14.50 up to $16.00 /hr based on Experience and Certifications).
