Compensation and Benefits Survey 

2026 Survey

OPRA’s Compensation and Benefits Survey is a biennial survey that started over two decades ago to understand the current status of the workforce supporting individuals with intellectual and developmental disabilities. This year's survey remains largely the same as the 2024 survey with some minor tweaks to better capture wage information. 

Survey Report Purpose

The purpose of the Survey is to help OPRA Members benchmark their compensation and benefit administration against fellow Ohio I/DD providers.

Survey Report Completion 

The data collection survey was distributed in late April 2026 to OPRA members. OPRA contracts with a third party (Compensation Resources) to conduct, analyze, and report the survey results. All individual survey responses are kept confidential with the third-party vendor. The final report only publishes aggregate responses and complies with federal antitrust wage survey reporting requirements.

Survey Purchase and Distribution

All OPRA Members who complete the survey receive complimentary electronic access to the final survey report. The final report is available for purchase for non-participating providers. The purchase price for the report is as follows:
