OPRA Listservs

One of OPRA’s primary communication channels is our listserv network. Below are the basics to help you connect and communicate with the OPRA community.

• To be added to an OPRA listserv and/or gain access to committee forums, please provide the full name, title, email address, and the specific committee list(s) you’d like to join (see below).

  To add yourself or additional employees, please contact Sonya Summers

• If you’re new to how a listserv works, here are a few quick best practices for the OPRA Listserv:

  • The Listserv supports real-time communication among OPRA members and other stakeholders in the developmental disabilities field.

  • As a subscriber, you’ll receive updates, questions, and information relevant to the field.

  • You’re welcome to share questions, comments, and responses with the group—discussion is encouraged.

  • Please note: if you click “Reply” or “Reply All,” your message will be sent to the entire Listserv.

  • To respond to the original sender only, reply to the email address listed after “on behalf of” in the From line of the message header.

  • To ensure you receive messages, allow emails from opra.simplelists.com through your spam filter and any network security gateways.
