Good Works Farm, Inc.
We are a farm and community-based recreational and vocational program for ages 5 and older with a developmental disability and their typical siblings. We provide summer camp, community respite, and day array services.

Position Description:
Be part of a fun, active group of special people who enjoy exploring, hiking, working at the farm, bowling, and having a good time! No two days are exactly the same!
Job Duties:
Full-time, part-time, and substitute positions are available.
- Assist individuals with disabilities in their planned activities.
- Guiding, motivating, and helping individuals obtain their personal goals.
- Documenting daily services and assisting with care needs.
Qualifications and Requirements :
- Qualified candidates will have a valid Ohio Driver's License with a clean record and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
