The Mission of The Grape Escape is to provide Adult Day Support, Vocational Habilitation, Recreation and Non-Medical Transportation Services to persons with Developmental Disabilities. We work cooperatively with Agencies that provide services to these same individuals, up to and including Ohio Department of Job and Family Services (ODJFS), Ohio Department of Developmental Disabilities, Lake County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Ashtabula County Board of Developmental Disabilities, Medicaid and Medicare.

Position Description:
Supervisor to clients. The Grape Escape believes in providing Fun and Innovative Services to our Individuals with Developmental Disabilities, thus we will be offering numerous Programs and Services to them. We also believe in Laughter, Lots of Laughter, thus the Fun part of our Agency! Our services will be offered to enhance not only our guys and gals’ Skills, but their Senses, Imagination, Compassion and Creativity, as well. You will see from our Programs and Services, we will be Cooking, Cleaning, Laundry, Learning Programs such as QWERTY (a computer program for persons with disabilities), and Picture Exchange Communication System (a program to stimulate the senses of persons with Autism). Rather than bringing a daily lunch, our kitchen guys and gals will be not only preparing these meals, but serving them, too! And, of course, you can’t have a meal without clean-up, thus there will be a Custodial Crew for clean-up!

Requirements:
Supervise guys and gals with developmental disabilities. Candidate will be required to transport clients to activities. A vehicle is provided.
Compensation:
$16 - $17/per hour depending upon experience
