Position Description:
Join our team as a Home Health Aide and become an essential part of our mission to provide compassionate care to individuals in the comfort of their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, while promoting independence and ensuring their safety and well-being. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, while receiving ongoing training and support to excel in your role. Duties:
- Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management.
- Performing light housekeeping tasks, including meal preparation and tidying up living spaces.
- Monitoring clients' health status and reporting any changes or concerns.
- Providing companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.
Requirements & Preferences:
- Excellent people skills and empathy for client needs.
- Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their families.
- Willingness to undergo a background check for employment eligibility.
- Ability to complete training for home health care and CPR certification.
- Reliable and compassionate attitude towards providing care for others.
- The ability to travel up to 20 miles if needed
Compensation:
$14 - $18/hr.
