Position Description:

Join our team as a Home Health Aide and become an essential part of our mission to provide compassionate care to individuals in the comfort of their homes. As a Home Health Aide, you will assist clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and meal preparation, while promoting independence and ensuring their safety and well-being. You'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships with clients and their families, while receiving ongoing training and support to excel in your role. Duties:

Assisting clients with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
Providing medication reminders and assistance with medication management.
Performing light housekeeping tasks, including meal preparation and tidying up living spaces.
Monitoring clients' health status and reporting any changes or concerns.
Providing companionship and emotional support to clients and their families.

Requirements & Preferences:

Excellent people skills and empathy for client needs.
Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and their families.
Willingness to undergo a background check for employment eligibility.
Ability to complete training for home health care and CPR certification.
Reliable and compassionate attitude towards providing care for others.
The ability to travel up to 20 miles if needed

Compensation:

$14 - $18/hr.
