Position Description:

Hattie Larlham is looking for a caring and compassionate RN Nurse Manager / Director of Nursing who wants to be part of a mission based on Comfort, Joy, and Achievement of people with intellectual / developmental disabilities in the Cleveland / Akron area. Job Openings: -Full-Time RN Nurse Manager / Director of Nursing, salaried, exempt -Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm, shift coverage as needed -Position pays $25.04 to $41.73 based upon experience -Based in Solon, Ohio - responsible for five (5) ICF Group Homes in Cuyahoga and Summit Counties RN Nurse Manager / Director of Nursing Rewards & Benefits: With a dedicated staff of caring and conscientious professionals, Hattie Larlham puts the people we serve first. Duties:

Serving as a member of the nursing leadership team, the RN Nurse Manager assesses and identifies healthcare needs of assigned individuals, ensures development of Individual Habilitiation Plans and maintains compliance with standards of care and with applicable federal and state regulations. -Coordinates and supervises the delivery of medical / nursing care services for persons served a the ICF Group Homes. -Supervises the nursing staff who work at the ICF Group Homes. -Manages and coordinates nursing staff schedule. -Assists in the development of nursing policies, procedures, and budget. -Completes medical rounds with the Medical Director. -Liaison with the pharmacy used by Hattie Larlham as it pertains to ordering medications and record audits. -Coordinates and monitors delegated nursing certification for employees. Teaches nursing / medication administration classes as required for employees. -Additional duties as stated in the job description or as directed by Program Director.

 

Requirements:

Associate degree in Nursing from an accredited school, Bachelor's degree preferred. -Registered Nurse with current license in Ohio. -Minimum of five (5) years' experience in the care of people served with disabilities. -Knowledge of supervisory principles and best practices in nursing care of individuals with developmental disabilities. -Ohio Driver's License. -BLS certification - free training/recertification provided.


Compensation:

Position pays $25.04 to $41.73 per hour based upon experience
