We are continuing to expand our footprint in surrounding communities. Turnover is not our problem, but we are experiencing a huge growth and need quality staff to assist us to meet the needs of the individuals.

Position Description:

Position Type: Full Time Hours: Flexible between 6:15am – 3:30pm & as needed Salary: $15.00 – $20.00 Location: Delaware OH Job Description: Coordinates all transportation route and schedules drivers consequently. Ensure transportation services are delivered in accordance to the regulations established by funding sources and government entities. Represent Alpha on various transportation/mobility management committees. Ensure route times are met. Create and assign routes, create or update documentation, provide training to assigned staff regarding routes. Logistics experience preferred. Update and provide tracking and billing reports for administration and accounting divisions as well as internal to directors. Monitor and report driver issues such as accidents, safety concerns, or licensing issues. Ongoing analysis of routes to reduce costs and increase efficiency of the overall transportation division. Negotiate contracts with outside transportation companies, assign drivers to routes, handle customer complaints, and investigate all issues. Able to work a flexible schedule up to 40 hours per week and travel. Must be accessible by phone or two-way communication during hours of operation 5am – 11pm, 7 days a week. Must be able to drive a 12 plus passenger van and/or shuttle. Provide initial and annual training for all staff required to operate company owned vehicles. Requirements/Qualifications: All candidates should be at least 19 yrs of age; must have a Valid Driver’s License (with 3 years driving experience), have a high school diploma or GED, be able to communicate in a positive manner utilizing both written and oral methods, be able to lift at least 50 pounds, be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen, background, driver's physical, have a clean Driver Abstract and not be listed on any registry checks. Must become familiar and lead division in compliance of applicable government regulations and contract requirements.
