OPRA HR Committee Meeting

We will be hosting our next HR Committee meeting on Thursday, May 16th from 10am-noon.
For the first hour, we are scheduled to have representatives from the Attorney General’s Bureau of Criminal Investigation. They will be discussing best practices for reading background check reports and using Rapback.
For the second hour we will be joined by Diana and Sean from Compensation Resources, our new vendor who is conducting our Compensation, Benefits, and Turnover Survey. We will be releasing the data collection tool next week so they will be joining to go over the changes we made and how to complete the survey.
