Position Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Employment Manager to assist individuals with developmental disabilities to learn and maintain job skills in order for them to be successful in community employment.
Duties:
Be the liaison between community employers/customers and Waycraft by maintaining accurate records of inventory, invoices, contracts, tasks analysis, and other documentation. Supervise and monitor vocational focused employees, including but not limited to group employment supervisors, delivery driver, non-medical transport drivers, and individuals who are enrolled in vocational training services. Complete required service reports and stay current with changes affecting the services Waycraft offers. Network with community businesses, co-workers, individuals and their team members.
Requirements & Preferences:
Must be 18 years or older, pass a drug screen and BCII and other background checks, and be able to work with individuals with developmental disabilities.
