The OPRA Annual Conference brings together providers, professionals, partners, and leaders from across Ohio’s developmental disabilities community for education, connection, and collaboration. Attendees will have the opportunity to participate in timely sessions, hear from inspiring speakers, connect with exhibitors and sponsors, and celebrate the work being done throughout the state.
Whether you are attending for professional development, networking, continuing education, or to explore new ideas and solutions, the OPRA Annual Conference offers valuable opportunities to learn, engage, and strengthen your connection to Ohio’s provider community.
Plan Your Conference Experience
Use the information below to prepare for the conference and make the most of your time.
Registration
Registration will open in August. Attendees may register for the full conference or select a one-day registration option. Registration includes access to conference sessions, keynote presentations, networking opportunities, select meals, and special events included in the conference schedule.
Hotel & Travel
The 2026 OPRA Annual Conference will be held at the Hilton Columbus Polaris in Columbus, Ohio. Hotel room block information, parking details, and travel information will be available soon.
Schedule
The conference schedule will include educational sessions, keynote presentation, legislative updates, exhibitor time, networking events, and special events throughout the three-day conference. A full agenda will be available as the conference gets closer.
Special Events
Attendees are invited to take part in several special events during the conference, including the Exhibitor Happy Hour, Annual Conference Party, and Awards Luncheon. These events are designed to provide additional opportunities to connect, celebrate, and engage with colleagues from across the state.
Keynote Speaker
OPRA is excited to welcome Dr. Magie Cook as a keynote speaker for the 2026 OPRA Annual Conference. Her powerful message of resilience, leadership, and turning adversity into opportunity will inspire attendees to approach challenges with purpose and confidence.
Continuing Education
Continuing education opportunities will be available for eligible sessions. Additional information regarding CEU types, requirements, and instructions will be shared as approvals are finalized.
