OPRA’s Tech Townhall is a member-only forum focused on exchanging ideas, tools, and strategies that support innovation and strong operational foundations across provider agencies.
These sessions explore technology used in both service delivery and business operations, including—but not limited to—remote supports, smart homes, data systems, AI, reporting tools, compliance platforms, and workforce technologies.
The February Tech Townhall will feature short, 5-minute presentations from OPRA members showcasing how they are using technology, why they chose it, and how it’s impacting their work. The session will include Q&A and breakout discussions for deeper exploration.
