Position Description:

Group Home Executive Director. Full time position which reports to the Board of Directors. Looking for an individual who has a passion to serve individuals with developmental disabilities in a small group home environment. Experience working with Ohio DODD rules and regulations preferred.

Job Duties:

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization.
Ensure the safety, well-being and long-term care of the residents.
Supervise the administrative team and direct care staff.
Ensure ongoing programmatic excellence of the organization's mission and maintain compliance with Ohio DODD rules and regulations.
Identify, assess, and inform the Board of internal/external issues impacting the organization.

Preferences and Requirements :

Prefer someone with prior relevant experience with Ohio DODD rules and regulations.
Must pass a drug test and background check.
At least one year of paid work experience in providing services to individuals with developmental disabilities or four years of experience providing care to a family member with a developmental disability.

Travel Involved:

In town only.

Compensation:

Salaried for fulltime and Hourly if Part time.
