Unlike other facets of business -- where protocols have evolved over decades -- the oversight of privacy and security is relatively new and constantly in flux due to new technological developments. This course will focus on the details of holding managers accountable for privacy and cybersecurity management.
Materials will include suggested management assignments, job descriptions for various roles, evaluation templates, and expected performance outcomes.
